I used to buy Rotisserie Chicken, just because it looked, never looking at the ingredients. please notice this label, all those big words, that you will have to google to learn what they are, which we did, we will not put the meaning of each one here, it would take to long.

my question is why, would we need those ingredients in our food, when there are real natural spices. the reason is really simple, so that the food can last longer. I had to learn, that it was our responsibility to pay attention to what we are putting in our bodies. There it is in black and white! They are not hiding what they are putting in our foods. so we must take responsibility for body, our life depends on it!. Please take the time and read your labels
